All of Us Are Dead Season 2 is confirmed, but Netflix has not given it a premiere date in the official announcements checked for this update. The streamer featured the sequel again during its Korean tenth-anniversary celebrations. That does not make it available to watch yet.

1. Is the Season 2 release date confirmed?

No confirmed date appears in Netflix’s Season 2 guide or its October 24 anniversary announcement. An exact day, release hour or episode schedule remains unconfirmed. Treat a date attached to a fan-made trailer or countdown as a claim to verify before making viewing plans.

The renewal itself is established: Netflix announced Season 2 on June 6, 2022, then announced the start of production on July 22, 2025. Those are announcement dates, not the sequel’s release date.

2. What did Netflix say at its October anniversary event?

Netflix’s October 24 statement named All of Us Are Dead Season 2 among the upcoming projects presented at Netflix Janchi, its fan festival in Seoul on October 24–25. Other featured projects included Tantara and Solo Leveling. Read Netflix’s event report.

That gives returning viewers a recent official update to follow. The event report does not attach a launch date to the zombie sequel, so it cannot settle when new episodes will arrive in the US or UK.

3. Who is returning, and where does the story go?

Netflix confirms four returning leads in its cast announcement:

Actor Character
Park Ji-hu Nam On-jo
Yoon Chan-young Lee Cheong-san
Cho Yi-hyun Choi Nam-ra
Lomon Lee Su-hyeok

New cast members include Lee Min-jae, Kim Si-eun, Roh Jae-won and Yoon Ga-i. On-jo is now a university student in Seoul, where another outbreak forces her and new friends into a fight for survival. The story moves beyond Hyosan High while following the original characters’ lives after the disaster.

4. Can US and UK viewers watch Season 1 in English?

Netflix’s US and UK public listings currently show one season and include English dubbing, English audio description and English subtitles, alongside Korean audio. These are options listed for the existing series; they do not confirm Season 2’s language tracks.

Check the player’s audio and subtitle menu in your own account. Netflix says language choices can depend on location, profile preferences, title and device. Its language help page explains how to adjust your profile if an option is missing.

5. What should you watch or save while waiting?

The first season contains 12 episodes, as Netflix noted in its renewal announcement. Start there if you are new to the series; returning viewers can revisit the finale before reading character-specific theories.

Bookmark the official Season 2 guide for future announcements. If Netflix displays a Remind Me option for the upcoming season, you can use it to receive an availability notification, as described in Netflix’s viewing guide. For now, keep the release date open.
