TXT’s PERFECT STORM arrives on November 16, 2026, at 6 p.m. KST. For US listeners, that is 4 a.m. Eastern or 1 a.m. Pacific; in the UK, it is 9 a.m. GMT. The US physical-album release and shipping date is November 20. Those dates describe different parts of the rollout.
This guide separates the listening time from the buying decision, using BIGHIT MUSIC’s release announcement and pre-order notice, checked October 29.
What time does PERFECT STORM come out?
BIGHIT identifies PERFECT STORM as TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s ninth mini album. Here is the announced release time converted for English-speaking readers:
- Seoul: Monday, November 16, 6 p.m. KST
- New York: Monday, November 16, 4 a.m. EST
- Los Angeles: Monday, November 16, 1 a.m. PST
- London: Monday, November 16, 9 a.m. GMT
These are STAR CUT’s conversions of the Korean announcement. They use November’s standard-time offsets, not October’s daylight-saving offsets. If you create a calendar reminder now, enter the event date as well as the time so your device handles the clock change.
How to pre-order without choosing the wrong listing
The official pre-order window closes November 15 at 11:59 p.m. KST. Start with the retailer links in the Weverse announcement; listed sellers include Weverse Shop, Aladin and Ktown4u.
- Choose your destination first. Check that the store ships to your country before comparing the headline price.
- Read the exact product name. A random-version listing and a complete set solve different buying needs.
- Compare the checkout total. Include delivery and any taxes shown, rather than treating the album’s displayed price as the final cost.
- Save the order terms. Keep the selected version, dispatch estimate and cancellation conditions with your confirmation.
If you want one particular cover, do not assume a random listing will let you choose it. If a retailer advertises an exclusive bonus, check that listing’s conditions separately; a general album announcement is not a promise of every store’s benefit.
Which album versions are confirmed?
The standard editions are RIDE THE STORM, EYE OF THE STORM and HOLDING THE STORM. The announced contents include an 88-page photobook, lyric poster, CD, two stickers, and random postcard and photocard selections. The artwork and inclusions vary by version. See the official product preview before choosing.
For a first purchase, start with the concept you actually want to keep. A set makes sense if the three designs are the point of the purchase; it is a different decision from buying one copy to own the music. Random inclusions also mean the pictured member card should not be treated as a guaranteed selection.

Why do Korean and US dates differ?
The physical schedule lists South Korea on November 16, Japan on November 17 and the United States on November 20. Shipping begins in purchase order; that does not make the stated date a guaranteed arrival day.
Our Korean-language reading tip is to distinguish 발매 (release), 예약판매 (pre-order sales) and 순차 발송 (dispatch in sequence). Translating all three as “available” hides the information an overseas buyer needs.
For listening, save the November 16 release time. For a parcel, use your store’s destination-specific dispatch and delivery estimate.
