IVE’s Looks Can Kill EP arrived on October 26, following the title track’s October 19 single release. Melon lists six tracks, while Apple Music’s US EP page displays seven; the reason for that difference has not been independently verified.

1. What time did Looks Can Kill come out in the US and UK?

IVE’s official release-day announcement set the EP’s rollout for October 26 at 6 p.m. in Japan, which is also 6 p.m. in Korea. That corresponds to the following local times on the same Monday:

Location October 26 release time
New York 5 a.m. EDT
Los Angeles 2 a.m. PDT
London 9 a.m. GMT
Seoul / Tokyo 6 p.m. KST / JST

For London readers, the UK had already returned to GMT by this date. These times describe the announced music rollout; they do not promise when a separately ordered physical album will arrive.

2. Wasn’t Looks Can Kill already released?

Yes—the song was. Apple Music’s single edition lists October 19 and contains one track. Today’s EP uses the same name, which can make an older single page look like the complete new release.

When opening the album in your music app, check the track count and the October 26 date. A one-song listing is the earlier single; Melon’s six-track listing adds “Mirror Mirror,” “SNAKESKIN,” “CRUMBS,” “Girls Girls Girls,” and “Glow Motion.”

3. Which tracks are listed on Melon?

  1. Looks Can Kill
  2. Mirror Mirror
  3. SNAKESKIN
  4. CRUMBS
  5. Girls Girls Girls
  6. Glow Motion

The label-supplied credits on Melon list Rei among the title track’s lyricists and rap-making contributors. Gaeul and Liz share lyric credits on “CRUMBS.” Zara Larsson appears among the composers of “Glow Motion”; that writing credit should not be read as a featured-vocal credit.

4. What is IVE’s new concept?

Starship presents this release as a “Girl Hero” spin-off of IVE’s existing fantasy imagery. News1’s release-day report describes its central idea as taking the lead in your own life, with the title track built around electronic dance-pop.

The same report highlights a darker fairy-tale atmosphere on “Mirror Mirror” and transformation on “SNAKESKIN.” Those are the announced creative themes, rather than a claim that every listener will hear the songs the same way.

5. Where should new listeners start?

Start with the “Looks Can Kill” music video to see the title track’s visual presentation, then open the October 26 EP in your preferred music app. If you are using Melon and the title track is already familiar, go straight to track two and continue through “Glow Motion.”

For future release information, IVE’s official Starship artist page is the reference point. Keep the single and EP separate when sharing a link with friends: both are called Looks Can Kill, but only one gives them the full set of songs.

Correction, October 26, 2026: An earlier version described the complete EP as six tracks without identifying the service. The six-track list provided here is Melon’s; Apple Music’s US EP page displays seven. We have clarified that difference without assuming a bonus track or a cause for the discrepancy.
